Fellow Americans,

Should Americans consider the source of profits in certain stock
    dividends?

International agreements for a "New World Order" type of free trade are
promoted by people who like to profit from products made cheaper in foreign
factories by people whose rights of liberty have been suppressed including
their right to unionize in order to promote for themselves a better standard of
    living.

Americans who support such unfair trade agreements are trespassing on
the laws of our liberty, our Constitution, by enabling dictators over oppressed
societies to profit at the expense of their people's rights and the loss of our
American jobs and ability to be an independent and free nation.

There are some who believe liberty is unsustainable, that we will consume
all resources if our freedom is not put in check. They would like to put our
American society down. Perhaps this is the reason some politicians vote for
such corrupt trade policy as in NAFTA and CAFTA. They are corrupt in
sending our jobs to foreign countries and they are corrupt in exploiting the labor
of oppressed societies. Any safeguards for human rights written into the
    agreements are forgotten.

Patriotic Americans believe in liberty under the law of our Constitution. We
not only have freedom to prosper in our industry, we are free to have faith in the
future according to our National Motto. We also trust in God for our ability to
develop new sources of clean energy.

Speaking in defense of our people's liberties, the American people, more
than any other people, are responsible in preserving resources for future
generations and in preserving the quality of the environment. We are willing to
work to have laws passed for the protection of the environment, presenting an
economic expense to our industry that must be accounted for in defining our
American standard of living.  There are many Americans who value liberty and
work hard to expose business operations that endanger the environment. They
work to get laws passed for our common good. But now, because of bad trade
agreements, factory and corporation leaders are able to bypass the concerns
    of
    Rights."

           “369 Civil Liberties Safe Zones!”

“Four states and 365 cities and counties have passed resolutions to
protect their 56,078,388 residents’ civil liberties. Hundreds more resolutions
critical of the USA PATRIOT Act are in progress.”

Think about it, if there were no people like these found willing to stand up
and speak in defense of our rights, the Declaration Of Independence would
never have been written. People would never have received equal rights under
the Constitution and labor unions could never win fair treatment and pay for
    employees.

Because our Congressmen listen to the public opinion expressed in
letters to them and to those published by newspapers, the Independent
American Party promotes the Committee of Correspondence network to be a
union of American patriots in support of our rights. We invite you to join your
voice with ours and many others in this patriotic work. Attention is concentrated
on key issues that impact the well being of our free and independent society
such as fair trade and the Bill Of Rights.

Take Action:
    Fellow Americans,

Think about it, if the American people had never been willing to stand up in
defense of liberty, our Declaration Of Independence and U.S. Constitution
expressing the unalienable rights of men would never have been written,
people would never have won equal rights under our law and people would
never have won the protected right to organize against unfair labor conditions
or the pollution of our environment.

The creation of our U.S. Constitution established laws for an economic
union of free trade between our states. Our Federal Government was given the
duty of imposing and regulating tariffs on foreign products coming into our
Union to protect our industry from the competition of foreign products produced
under other economic standards, even under such economic conditions and
standards as comes from dictators and tyrants.

In the history of the world's civilizations, protection for the unalienable rights
of mankind is rare. Even today, the great majority of the world's populations do
not experience protection for their rights as do the American people under the
laws of our United States Constitution.

In honor of our Constitution, the American Patriot Project presents the
“Committee Of Correspondence Statement of Celebration and Support For
The United States Constitution” shown HERE. This is written to encourage
citizens to honor, celebrate and have an increase of respect for our
    Constitution.

Our Constitution was written to provide protection for our unalienable rights
by law and to create a federal government restricted that law, even a federal
government to protect our people from unfair foreign trade and invasion. We
unite as citizens in political parties and committees of correspondence to
educate one another, to vote and to persuade government to perform its duty
    as intended.

Many Americans are rightly concerned when our USA factories cannot
fairly compete against foreign factories that have the economic advantage of
being able to profit by way of human rights suppression. Our government fails
in its duty when it enables such unfair free trade practice.

While the corporate controlled media keeps public attention on other
issues, the laws of our Constitution are being bypassed in the creation of a
corporate controlled economic union between Canada, Mexico and the USA
    called the North American Union.

Concerned people need to raise the alarm for our American values. We
need to remember that our National Motto is for those who are willing to stand
for good values. We need to focus on such important issues as unfair trade
policy that forces our American industry to compete against societies that have
a history of failing to protect their people's rights. We need to stand up for the
Law Of Our Liberty, for the rights of families and human dignity and against the
corporate exploitation of oppressed foreign workers.

We need to stand up and be an influence for America's values through
Committee of Correspondence type activities. Through Committee of
Correspondence activity, we contact our elected government officials and
others about our concerns and our values of honoring and supporting our
Constitution and way of life that our American troops are fighting for.

The American Patriot Project promotes our American values as
expressed by the "Committee of Correspondence Statement of Celebration
and Support For The United States Constitution" and by the Committee of
Correspondence web site. We invite you to Join with the Committee of
Correspondence in the work for greater American unity for our Rights in Law
    and Liberty.

                                                         **************
This American Patriot Project calls on all Americans to join with the
Committee of Correspondence in promoting the cause of America's
    independence and liberty.

We encourage all Americans to live by the words of our National Motto in
respect for the words in the Declaration of Independence. We need to trust in
God for our unalienable rights as expressed therein. We need to show our trust
by standing in support of the laws of our liberty, the United States Constitution.

It was trust in God by which George Washington was inspired to pray for
his troops and for their victory after committing themselves to fight for their
Declaration of Independence. Our nation's Founding Fathers had a common
sense of values that helped them create the laws written in our nation's US
Constitution. It was, and always will be, trust in God that gives us our strength to
stand up on the foundations of our liberty.

We encourage everyone to rally around our laws of liberty, as given in our
Constitution, through every lawful action as suggested and promoted by the
Committee of Correspondence. We need everyone to promote American unity
for Committee of Correspondence promoted issues and actions. We invite
everyone to join with us in liberty's cause for the preservation of our nation and
in respect for our unalienable rights.

While some people might not recognize that our American independence,
that we celebrate every 4th of July, is being compromised through corrupt trade
agreements, public attention is being focused away by other issues such as
war and terrorism. While other issues are getting media attention, too little
attention is given to the reality that America is losing its independence and
national security from the inside through the corrupt trade agreements that
cause the loss of America's manufacturing plants and the jobs that built
    America's middle class economy.

This is all happening in concert with World Trade Organization trade
agreements that give away control over our trade and commerce to foreign
courts. It is happening in concert with the lack of border security that allows the
invasion of tens of thousands of possible criminals or terrorists and poverty
laden people into our country who are effectively remolding the living standards
of our American society by being willing to either commit more crime or to
work for lower pay. Our own citizens had grown to see such low pay as
unacceptable income in an American standard of living that had been
developed under our freedom for labor unions.

Please note, we should only support free trade when it is fair in
respect to the unalienable rights of all concerned.

Through means of  NAFTA and CAFTA type trade agreements working
against our American living standards and the living standards of the poor in
foreign nations as described above and elsewhere by this American Patriot
Project, New World Order advocates manipulate their strategy in a bold
unconstitutional move to merge America, Canada and Mexico into a North
American Union on matters of economy, defense and security. If this was to be
accomplished in agreement with the standards of living provided by the laws of
our U. S. Constitution, this would be a welcome undertaking for the people of
    all nations concerned.

Through bad trade agreements and inadequate border security promoting
somewhere around 10,000 illegal immigrants dailyof our people and the expense of doing business in our high American
standard of living by exploiting conditions for cheaper production in foreign
    nations.

It is the patriotic duty of our government and our people to promote the
economic and political health of our free society, Instead of making free trade
agreements that cause our factory jobs to go to low wage foreign countries
whose people do not enjoy the liberty to unionize that we do, our people and
government should promote fair trade agreements that encourage the trading
nations to allow their people the same rights that we have.

It is also important to our national security to maintain our factories with the
ability to make those important parts and things that we need.

Our Declaration Of Independence says that all people are created equal in
their rights to certain unalienable rights including the right to life, liberty and to
pursue happiness. Our nation with its Constitution was established to protect
    our people in their rights.

Many times in our history our own people have had to struggle to lay claim
to their rights. Even now there are over 385 different cities, counties and states
across the country that have recently passed resolutions to voice their
concerns for their rights. They are concerned about the threats to their rights
that are written into the Federal Patriot Act in the war on terrorism. They say
that it is wrong and unnecessary for any citizen to give up any Constitutional
right without the due process of Constitutional law.

An example of what these resolutions are saying is this, “NOW,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hampton Town meeting affirms its
strong opposition to terrorism but believes that efforts to end terrorism not be
waged at the expense of the fundamental civil liberties, rights and freedoms of
the people of the United States.. .” This example is part of an official Hampton,
    Connecticut resolution.

The following information came from www.bordc.org on 02-8-2005:

“The Bill of Rights Defense Committee encourages communities to take
an active role in an ongoing national debate about the USA PATRIOT Act and
other anti-terrorism measures that threaten civil liberties guaranteed by the Bill
    coming across our border
with Mexico, along with possible criminals or terrorists, the war on terrorism
and the North American Union is not being executed by our government in a
sensible way. Instead, we are apparently losing our independence by design
through trade agreements that put us under World Trade Organization court
authority and cause the loss of our manufacturing industry in a "new world
order" where corporations are free to bypass the laws for mens rights that the
laws of our Constitution protect. The international corporations have been
enabled to exploit the oppressed in foreign lands. The concept that we are
losing by design involves an explanation that goes far beyond simple corporate
    greed for cheaper manufacturing.

In order to turn this free trade around for the good of liberty that America
has always stood for, we must do all that we can to expose the corrupt
exploitation of human rights and convert everyone on this American continent
to our mutual cause for liberty. We must repair and correct our foreign trade
agreements to give the highest priority for the unalienable rights of the people
inheight:19px;">      Free trade between nations and societies is good only among
those that have equal ri every nation between our states in the USA.

We are able to enjoy free trade between our USA states because, under
the law of our Constitution, we have equal protection for the rights of the that we would trade with.

    people
in all of our states. In trade between nations, it is not always the same situation.
Workers in foreign nations are often lacking in their rights to organize in labor
unions and bargain with their employers. This is a basic right in America. This
right of liberty is among those unalienable rights of men that ought to be
enjoyed by all mankind. Those who do not have it are oppressed. Even preteen
children are known to work long hours in "sweat shops" producing products for
    the global market.

Our American Declaration Of Independence asserts that all men are
created equal in their right to have certain unalienable rights. People who are
not protected in their rights, as Americans are intended to be protected by the
laws of our Constitution, are not free, rather they are exploited by others for evil
gain, the same as the American people will become exploited if we fail to
uphold honor and respect for observance of our law.

It is a fact of life that evil likes to take advantage over the good and that our
NAFTA and CAFTA type foreign trade agreements have enabled greedy
people to conduct their business by exploiting the labor of oppressed people in
foreign nations. This has been termed "a race to the bottom" with the most
exploited people living in nations that offer the lowest cost factories and labor.
Through greed for corporate profit, they become the product manufacturers for
our society. With the resultant loss of our factories in this race to the bottom,
our production jobs are lost along with our national independence and security.
Our once middle class factory workers struggle to maintain their standard of
living through borrowing and loss of savings.

There is a better trade policy than the present NAFTA type free trade policy
of recent years that has enabled profiteering through the exploitation of
suppressed human rights. This better trade policy has focus on an
"ABSOLUTE ADVANTAGE TRADE POLICY" (i.e., an importing country
imports only products - in most practicable finished form - it cannot reasonably
produce itself). THIS WOULD SOLVE THE DISASTROUS USA TRADE
DEFICIT and FOREIGN DEBT. ALSO, IT WOULD RETURN MOST OR ALL
JOBS EXPORTED / OUT-SOURCED OVER THE PAST 35-45 YEARS, AND
    HELP SOLVE OTHER PROBLEMS.

Through an "Absolute Advantage" Trade Policy we can solve illegal
immigration coming from Mexico by establishing a revised mutually beneficial
trade policy with Mexico involving P.L. 480 exports of US agricultural products
to Mexico and increased oil imports from Mexico. By adding a concessional
loan of pesos to the Mexican Government under the P.L. 480 Title I program for
economic and infrastructure development plus the revised trade policy, this
would economically force greatly improved conditions in Mexico resulting in the
end of our open border problems. Many illegal immigrants would return to
Mexico for jobs. As human rights become protected by both law and practice
in Mexico, as in our USA under our Constitution, only then will we be able to
compete in free trade as between our states.

The former United States Comptroller General, David Walker, upon
resigning his Government office immediately went to work to raise the public
awareness to the cause of our nation's unavoidable economic disaster and
what steps are necessary to prevent it. His message is to the point and quite
clear to those who can be persuaded to look and hear him. For his video
    messages, click HERE .

Through Committee of Correspondence promotion of issues, we work for
those reforms that will restore and preserve America agreeable to the spirit
that guided the language in the founding documents, our Declaration of
Independence and U. S. Constitution. America needs you to help accomplish
the most urgent and important reforms. See top on list  HERE  and  HERE.

We know that if Government had been held to the laws of the Constitution
in respect to wars, money, debt and so many other areas that touch upon our
present financial troubles, and if our people had not been so eager to vote for
politicians who gave us those foreign trade agreements that have caused so
many of our factories to be lost to nations that socially and environmentally
oppress their people, our present financial problems could have been avoided
but, we are here. We have dug ourselves into this financial hole and, as David
Walker and so very many others have warned us and are warning us, we must
come to grips with our problems and fix them or we will come to understand in
the hardest way what unsustainable means.

To sustain our law and order and reestablish our nation's prosperity, we
need to know about our U. S. Constitution and have enough faith in it to vote for
politicians who will uphold its laws.

To sustain our law and order, one of the important priorities is to repair our
tax system. Americans need to vote for candidates who will follow the
Constitution and realize the need to vote for the immediate change to our tax
system as seen HERE . This is how we can sustain law and order and bring
back our production industries. We, you and I, need to accomplish this now by
recruiting everyone to join in every possible Committee of Correspondence
promoted action such as contact including asking for God's help.

America needs to support and elect political candidates who believe in
the rule of law as written in our United States Constitution. It is a matter of
common sense that every candidate ought to be among those candidates
who have the common sense to follow the rule of law and keep us a republic
rather than sing the tune of a democracy.

Our Government today is controlled by those who know how to play by the
rules defining a democracy. They are able to promote their agenda by using
their financial power to control the bias that is conveyed over the news
networks. They are apparently working at making the rule of law irrelevant in
respect to the law of our Constitution. We now have the burden of using the
powers of influence of a disciplined and united democracy to bring back the
original intended respect for the laws of a republic under our Constitution.
When we succeed, we will have America to be a nation that is governed by the
laws of the Constitution rather than by democracy where  the rights of the
    minority are soon lost.

                             ______________________

The following report is several years old and good for the
late 1990's and into the turn of the century. With the coming of
our economic collapse, the proposed buying power of the
American people has greatly diminished and is no longer a
very valid solution that can be an easy fix to the problem.
What the report does partly show is how the stress on our
economy was engineered through bad trade agreements by
those who were intelligent enough to know better.

    The Report:

Common Sense Solution of Illegal Immigration Problems

Common Sense solution of problems is:

           1. To determine their cause and then logically determine the best solution
for them. Illegal immigrants are causing great insecurity (including possible
terrorist dangers), economic and other serious harm to USA citizens. By far the
main cause of these serious problems to USA citizens is the very terrible
income/general economic/ conditions for the large majority of the populations
of Mexico and numerous other 3rd World "Underdeveloped" countries.

Plenty of valid information/documentation is well and widely known that
proves these very terrible income/economic conditions in those 3rd World
countries. These conditions are the main (often only) cause of many of these
countries' populations illegally immigrating to USA to get jobs, free health
treatment! Other welfare, etc. significantly better than from the serious
poverty/near starvation conditions for them in their countries, and to send some
of their USA Income to their families in their country to help offset the serious
harm of their very low income and keep them from near or actual starvation.

           2. To determine how to force Mexico, and the other 3rd World countries, to
develop their economies and substantially improve general living conditions of
their citizens. There is much valid information that the main or very vital
economic base of Mexico, and numerous of the other 3rd World countries is
their importation of raw and/or near-raw materials (most from USA) and
manufacturing them (mostly by so-called multinational companies paying their
local employees low wages and no fringe benefits) into finished products and
exporting them - nearly all to the USA, and possibly some to other developed
countries (e.g., Europe). Few of these manufactured goods are sold in Mexico,
or other similar 3rd World countries, because the per capita income/buying
power of the large majority of their populations is much too low.

To change this excessively low per capita income/buying power in
Mexico, and other similar countries. USA should soon legislate Absolute
Advantage Trade Policy in place of its Comparative Advantage "Free Trade"
Policy. The USA would import only products (complementary) that it cannot
itself produce at reasonable prices. - e.g., import tropical agricultural products
and export temperate agricultural products, in the most finished form
    technically feasible for international shipment.

The Absolute Advantage Trade Policy would eliminate the USA market for
Mexico, and other similar countries, and force them to clean up their
tremendous corruption and properly develop their domestic economies/per
capita incomes and domestic markets, or their main companies and wealthy
part of their citizenship would go broke. Most probably, these countries would
not be able to arrange markets in Europe, Japan or any other country with per
capita buying power similar to that in USA (USA per capita buying power is
declining but, even with much of USA population's growing credit card debt, is
still more than in any other country).

Unless the abysmal differences between USA and foreign countries'
economic, cultural and actual governing systems are eliminated, the thought of
Comparative Advantage Trade Policy being free or fair to the large majority of
legal citizens in USA, and in other countries trading with USA, is Utopian. This
should be quite apparent with significant empirical exposure / experience
    regarding international trade.

Among other benefits, Absolute Advantage Trade Policy would return a
net gain of many million USA jobs, with satisfactory wages/ salary levels,
foolishly exported in the past 40 - 45 years. It would rebuild the amount/level of
these returned USA exported jobs plus income and taxes in USA to enable
much lower rates for federal and state income taxes, while greatly reducing
USA taxpayers' indirect costs of current welfare and other taxpayer costs
caused by exported jobs and supplementary imports. These developments
would also provide ample tax revenues to finance current and future waste-free
and fraud - ridden Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security, plus othernly with Public
    prudent
Law (PL)480 Local Currency (Food For Peace) programs. These PL480
programs would greatly stimulate the willful self-accomplished return of the
many million illegal immigrants in the USA to reasonably good jobs federal, state and local programs and budgets.

           3. The USA could, and should, help Mexico and these other 3rd World
countries develop their economies and per capita incomes, maie="Arial" color="#FFFFFF" size="3">(in infra-
structure/other economic development similar to the WPA and CCC jobs in the
USA in its 1930's economic depression) in Mexico and 3rd World countries.
This would give these illegal immigrants now in the USA a much better life than
    they have in the USA..

           4. The USA Congress should soon legislate an effective visa-system in
the Consulate Sections of U.S. Embassies that is connected to proper State
Government offices in the Capitol cities of each USA state; and require any
USA employers employing any immigrant to require a visa from them, and
check its validity with the State Capitol government office.

           5. These aforementioned developments would also save several billion
dollars per year of USA Taxpayers' money that goes for hospital/other medical
treatment, and other large costs, caused by the many million illegal immigrants
now in USA These developments would also greatly help restore USA basic
economic status/conditions, and also its currently deteriorated law and order
conditions as well as spiritual, moral and value systems.

           6. This Common Sense Solution would greatly help USA's physical
Border Patrol Operation - and USA's enforcement of current laws against
employers hiring illegal immigrants. etc. - because of great reduction of the
desire and efforts of these subject foreign country populations to illegally
    immigrate into the USA .
